Products and delivery

We sell digital Excel templates (.xlsx). You get access on screen immediately after payment and a download link by email, valid for 30 days.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include 23% VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Right to cancel

For digital content, the 14-day right to cancel ends once you have expressly agreed to immediate download and acknowledged that you lose this right (Consumer Rights Act 2022).

Faulty templates

If a template has an error, we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Licence

You may use and adapt the template within your own business, management company or household. You may not resell or share the file as your own product.

Liability

The templates are tools. They are not professional advice, and you are responsible for the data and decisions you enter.

Please contact us first. You can also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).

Governing law

Irish law applies, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
