It started with one spreadsheet
ExcelGrand exists because we needed a template that simply worked – and so did everyone around us.
It began at work. We had to keep track of budgets, deadlines and records, and every template we found was American, out of date or locked behind an expensive subscription. So we built our own spreadsheet: formulas that did the maths and an overview anyone could read.
Word got around. Colleagues asked for a copy – then for a version for their own management company, their team or their business. Every time the need was the same: a spreadsheet that follows the rules and works from day one, without being an Excel expert.
After a lot of custom versions, it made sense to do it properly. Today we make ready-made, tested templates used by associations and businesses in several countries. ExcelGrand is our Irish shop – built around Irish rules and Irish terms, not converted from somewhere else.
A good spreadsheet shouldn't need an Excel expert. It should just work – from the first day.
